AES Licensed. Super jumping technique, ultra consistent, exceptionally careful with a wonderful temperament and movement. He is exceptionally well related - his dam’s line has 7 of the 12 progeny to date have either competed at Grand Prix Dressage or Showjumped at International Level – Kasjmir/Nina/Olga/Power/Tornado and Undercontract who is ridden by Eric Lamaze. He is also closely related to Peppermill, Omelli and Portofino.
His sire Manhattan is renowned for producing beautiful types with extremely good movement and superb jumping ability. Manhattan’s dam line is one of the most famous in the Netherlands and he is the highest ranked M-stallion on the jumping index.
Wings has the most enchanting temperament, short coupled with an ultra careful jumping technique and extravagant movement and has been exceptionally consistent jumping many double clears as well as winning and being placed on many occasions. He had jumped himself out of Foxhunters by 2009. He has very sadly been retired from ridden work on veterinary advice due to an injury.
