These terms and conditions specify the advertising requirements
for the advertiser and outline the service offered by
manedealer.com. We endeavour to provide a professional
web service at all times to you, the customer.
Classified Advertising
1. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to provide
accurate details and descriptions of any item advertised
on manedealer.com.
2. The Advertiser is responsible for obtaining permission
from the copyright holder of any images used to advertise
on manedealer.com.
3. No refunds willl be given if your horse, horsebox or
equipment is sold prior to the end of the advertising
period.
4. It is the Advertisers responsibility to give accurate,
truthful descriptions about any horse or item displayed
on manedealer.com. Manedealer.com does not guarantee the
content of any advert placed on the website to be accurate.
It is the responsibility of the prospective horse or horsebox
purchaser to seek professional advice.
5. We endeavour to upload adertisments to the site within
24 hours of receiving the advert.
6. Advertisement will only be added to the site when payment
has been made in full.
7. Manedealer.com can not be held responsible for any
technical problems with website servers or 'down-time'.
8 . It is the responsibilty of the Advertiser to check
their advert as soon as possible once uploaded to the
site for any errors. The Advertiser is responsible for
the spelling and punctuation of their advert. Manedealer.com
will upload the exact text file that is sent to us. We
will, however make any amendments to adverts as soon as
we can once we have been notified by email.
9. We rely on the Advertiser to inform us when your horse,
horsebox or equipment has been sold so that it can be
removed from the site. Advertisers will receive a weekly
email checking for items no longer available.
10. Manedealer.com reserves the right to refuse an advertisement.
11. Manedealer.com reserve the right to remove any web
addresses from advertisements that are in competition
with ourselves.
12. By placing an advert on manedealer.com you have read
and accepted our terms and conditions.
Trade Advertisers
1. Whilst we endeavour to meet the specification of the
Advertiser, manedealer.com does not guarantee the position
or the exact printed process colour match of any particular
advertisement.
2. Manedealer.com will not link any advertisement to competitor
websites.
3. Manedealer.com reserves the right to remove any advertisement
or weblink to a site which is in competition to ourselves.
4. Manedealer.com reserves the right to remove and advertisement
or weblink which contains illegal or obscene content.
No refund will be given.
5. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify manedealer.com in
respect of all costs, damages and other charges as the
result of any legal actions threatened arising from the
publication of the advertisement supplied to manedealer.com
6. By placing an advert on manedealer.com you have read
and accepted our terms and conditions.
Privacy Policy
Manedealer.com will not pass your contact details on
to any third parties. Your email address will only be
used by us to contact you in conjunction with your advertisement
and to inform you of manedealer.com promotions.
